By means of the present petition, the petitioner is assailing the legality and validity of the FIR dated 30.08.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0316 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C. and later on the wanted accused under Sections 363, 354 I.P.C. and 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Hathras Gate, District Hathras. This is not a case of adoring girl where the petitioner has sexually assaulted. No case is made out. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Order Date :- 12.10.2023 Rmk.
