¶1Heard Shri Dhan Pal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Mukesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 12.09.2020 in Case Crime No. 1532 of 2020, under Sections 135 Electricity Act (Amendment) 2003, Police Station Anti Power Theft, District Budaun.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the final report no. 914 of 2023 has been filed on 30.05.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
