¶2Sri Shrinath Dwivedi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the petitioner can approach the Armed Forces Tribunal constituted under the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007 as matter relating to remuneration, pension and other retirement benefits are covered under the said Act.

¶3In view of the above, I decline to entertain this petition at this stage. However liberty rests with the petitioner to apply before the Armed Forces Tribunal, if so advised.
