Petitioner claims that his transfer from the office of District Basic Education Officer, Ballia to office of District Inspector of Schools, Ballia though within the district but against the transfer policy which entails a provision that whoever is staying at a place for a longer period should be taken into consideration for transfer. In my considered view, petitioner has been transferred within the district Ballia and therefore, no equitable ground exists to interfere in the matter.
