¶1Heard Shri Anoop Shukla, holding brief of Shri Devansh Misra, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Pankaj Dwivedi, learned counsel for the informant and Shri Vivek Shukla, State Law Officer respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 01.08.2023 in Case Crime No. 0191 of 2023, under Sections 420, 406, 504, 506 and 120B IPC, Police Station Kamla Nagar, District Agra.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 169 of 2023 has been filed on 12.09.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
