¶1Heard Sri Shashank Shekhar holding brief of Sri R.P.S. Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed for quashing the First Information Report dated 8.8.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 672 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Section 67 of I.T. Act, Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad. Further prayer has been made not arrest the petitioner.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as may be available to him in accordance with law.

¶4Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

¶5We additionally find that the petitions filed by the other co-accused being Criminal Misc. Writ Petition Nos. 13687 of 2023 (Rajeev Kashyap and another vs. State of U.P. and others) and 13692 of 2023 (Anoop Kumar vs. State of U.P. and others) have already been dismissed.
