¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2This petition has been filed seeking a direction for expeditious disposal of Original Suit No.1391 of 2022 that is pending in the court of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Shahganj, District Jaunpur.

¶3It appears that a suit for injunction was filed by the plaintiff-petitioner with regard to the suit property on 14.09.2022. On 16.01.2023, notice of summons was found to be sufficient by the court and as per the last order enclosed in the petition, it appears that 28.07.2023 was the date fixed for filing of written statement/framing of issues, and for arguments on 6C application.

¶4Under the circumstances, it appears that the case is duly proceeding and as such no direction, as sought for, is required to be issued.

¶5The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
