¶1Heard Sri Ram Lalit Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed for quashing the First Information Report dated 13.6.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 194 of 2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Basti. Further prayer has been made not arrest the petitioner.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been arrested, therefore, present petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
