¶1The petitioner No.1 seeks correction of her name from 'Pooja Pal' to 'Pooja Devi' on the basis of her High School, Intermediate and B.A. certificates with the grievance that in D.El.Ed. 2017 records, her name is wrongly entered as 'Pooja Pal'.

¶2There may be some factual discrepancy either in filling up online application form or otherwise and correction in such matters may be governed by some guidelines/ regulations, since the petitioner has already represented before the respondent No.2 dated 04.01.2021, the writ petition is disposed off with the direction to respondents no.2 and/ or 3 to consider the petitioner's application for correction in her name in accordance with law and take appropriate decision thereon within three months from the date of certified copy of this order is produced before respondents no. 2 and/ or 3.
