¶1After some arguments, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner/tenant that since there are certain short comings found in the present petition, hence the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.

¶2This prayer has not been opposed by the counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-landlord.

¶3Prayer is allowed.

¶4Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed.

¶5Certified copy of order which is appended along-with the petition, office is directed to return the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after keeping the photocopy of the same.
