¶1Heard Sri T.P. Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated

10.8.2023 passed by the respondent no. 2 in Case No. D2023131600001702/50, under section 14(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Sherkot, District Bijnor, whereby the house of the petitioner has been attached.

¶3Admittedly, the petitioner has already availed the remedy under Section 15(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, therefore, there is no reason to entertain present petition.
