¶1The present S.C.C. Revision has been filed inter-alia with the prayer to set aside the order dated 22.08.2023 passed by Additional District Judge/Fast Track Court, Court No.1, Agra in S.C.C. Case No.05 of 2018 (CNR No. UPAG010029932018), Sueb Mohammadia Anglo Oriental College versus Raj Kumar Prajapati. Further to stay the proceeding of the aforesaid case.

¶2After some arguments, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the revisionist that court below before whom the aforesaid proceedings is pending be directed to decide the same, expeditiously.

¶3This prayer has not been opposed by Ms. Hina Shafiq, learned counsel for the opposite party.

¶4In this view of the matter and without interfering with the order passed by the court below which is under challenge in the present revision, the present revision is disposed of finally directing the court below before whom the aforesaid revision is pending to decide the same, expeditiously and preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
