The instant bail application has been filed by the applicant-Ankit for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 59 of 2021 under Sections 376 (2) Jha, 376D, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. Section 67 of Information Technology Act, and Section 5G, 5M, 5J(2)/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Gajner, District Kanpur Dehat. Sri Lallan Prasad, one of the learned counsel for the applicant submits that by the efflux of time, the trial began which has been concluded and therefore, the present bail has become infructuous and prays to dismiss the same as having become infructuous.
