¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Petitioner is currently posted as Medical Officer, Homeopathy in the District Homeopathic Hospital, Mainpuri wants to be transferred from Mainpuri to Aligarh and accordingly, he has made a representation in the above regard to the competent authority, namely, the Principal Secretary (Aayush), Section-2, Civil Secretariat of U.P. Lucknow on 07.08.2023 by registered post.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in the event direction is issued to the competent authority to consider his request for transfer in accordance with law.

¶4In the circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.1 to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner and consequential request for transfer from Mainpuri to Aligarh, since petitioner claims that her husband is posted at Aligarh and is suffering from Blood Cancer.

¶5It is expected that the competent authority shall give a sympathetic consideration to the request of the petitioner and appropriate order shall be passed within a period of thirty days of production of certified copy of this order.
