¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the opposite party No. 2 to ensure recovery of about Rs. 2,50,000/- from opposite party No. 4 and produce him before Family Court in execution case No. 36/2019 (Sanju Yadav vs. Kuldeep Yadav) and 422/2021 both u/s 128 Cr.P.C., P.S.- Khandwa, District-Chandauli.

¶3Learned counsel for applicants submitted that he is not pressing the prayer so made, but requested that a direction may be issued for earlier disposal of Execution Case No. 422 of 2021.

¶4Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Trial court to decide the Execution Case No. 422 of 2021 in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, maximum within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
