List has been revised. No one appears to press this petition. This petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "I. A order or direction directing the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kasaya District-Kushinagar to consider and decide the impleadment appilcation dated 27.05.2002 filed by the petitioner as well as proforma respondents in Case No. 1786/2000 (Manoj Versus Bunela and others), within stipulated period so fixed by this Hon'ble Court." A perusal of the record of this petition reveals that the petitioner claims to be the impleadment applicant and that applicantion was filed on 27.5.2022 in the aforesaid suit which is stated to be pending. It is evident that certified copy of the order-sheet has not been enclosed that would enable the Court to verify the stage of the suit and the various orders passed.
