¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed challenging the impugned judgment and order dated 05.07.2023 passed in proceeding under Section 144 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the impugned order, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal and thereafter a further remedy of second appeal under Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006.

¶4Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition.
