¶1The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the Additional District Judge Court No.6 Gorakhpur to pass appropriate orders on the restoration application dated 10.08.2023 and stay application dated 28.08.2023 filed in Rent Appeal No.47 of 2022 (Km. Kashfa Tauseef & others Vs. Nilophar Naseem and others).
¶2After some arguments, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as withdrawn.
¶3Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
