¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the updated salary from the year 2004 and disburse the rest salary and allowances for the period of suspension and also give the benefit of ACP to the petitioner."

¶3It transpires from the record that petitioner has already represented before the Principal, Veerangana Avantibai Lodhi Swashashi State Medical College namely the respondent No.4.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event direction is issued to respondent No.4 to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.

¶5In the circumstances, petition stands disposed of with the direction to respondent No.4 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner as raised in his representations dated
