¶1The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 18.07.2023 passed by the Additional S.C.C. Judge Court No.3 Kanpur Nagar in S.C.C. Case No.193 of 2009 (Nokhe Lal Vs. A.K.Singh).
¶2After going through the record, the Court is of the opinion that against the impugned order statutory remedy is available to the petitioner to file Revision under Section 25 of the Provincial Small Causes Courts Act 1887 before the Revisional Authority.
