This appeal has been filed with a prayer to quash the entire proceeding as well as summoning order dated 14.07.2023 passed by the Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Shahjahanpur in Special/Sessions Case No. 1095 of 2023 (State Vs. Jevram and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 164 of 2023 under Sections 323, 504, 308 IPC and Section 3(2)Va of SC/ST Act Police Station Seharamau Dakshini, District Shahjahanpur. In the Court, learned counsel for the appellants only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as they want to surrender before the trial court. The appeal is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the appellants appear before the trial court within three weeks from today and move an application before the trial court, the same shall be disposed of as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
