¶1The instant petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to take decision on their representation dated 26.12.2022 in respect of allotment of the flats in their favour pursuant to resolution dated 27.10.2016.

¶2The petitioners are employee of U.P. Avas Vikas Parishad. They have applied for allotment in pursuance of certain resolution of U.P. Avas Vikas Parishad resolution dated

27.10.2016.

¶3Sri Vivek Saran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of U.P. Awas Vikas Parishad states that the said resolution was subsequently superseded by another resolution however he admits that there is no order in writing deciding the claim of the petitioners.

¶4Having regard to the aforesaid facts, we dispose of the instant petition with direction to respondent no. 6 to decide the claim of the petitioners within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith photocopy of the representation dated 26.12.2022.
