¶1Learned AGA has pointed out that the applicant has directly approached before this Court without availing remedy before the court below.

¶2In rebuttal, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he has tried to file anticipatory bail application before the court below but at that time strike was going on, due to this reason, he has approached this Court directly.

¶3In view of the above, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed with liberty to move anticipatory bail application before the court below.
