¶1Heard Sri Surjeet Singh, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Siraj Ahmad Khan, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and Sri Rajeev Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.

¶2The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to direct the Principal Judge, Family Court, Sambhal at Chandausi to decide the Case No.183 of 2020, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station - Gunnaru, District Sambhal.

¶3Contention of counsel for the applicant is that the application of the applicant under Section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending since 2020. It could not be decided due to non-cooperation of opposite party no.2. It is further submitted that despite expiry of three years from the date of service of notice on the husband, the application for interim maintenance has not been decided.

¶4Considering the aforesaid submission, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Sambhal is directed to decide the Case No.183 of 2020, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station - Gunnaru, District Sambhal, expeditiously preferably within a period of six months and application for interim maintenance shall be decided within one month from the date of receipt of this order, in accordance with law.
