Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. This petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "i. Issue a direction to the learned Court to decide the Execution Case No. 82 of 2019 (Sumit Goyal Vs. Seema Mittal) (in Original Suit No. 13 of 1983) pending before the learned Court of Civil Judge (S.D.) F.T.C., Meerut, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two month or within a time period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." It appears that an execution case was filed by the petitioner who is the decree holder in which physical possession was sought pursuant to the final decree made in a suit for partition. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is being unnecessarily delayed due to the recalcitrant attitude of the judgment debtor. Under the circumstances, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the executing court to proceed with the matter without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
