¶1Heard learned A.G.A. for the State and Sri Arun Kumar Singh, counsel for the opposite party.
¶2This is an application for cancellation of bail.
¶3The opposite party was released on bail by Special Judge (Dacoty Affected Area), Rambai Nagar, Kanpur Dehat vide order dated 01.09.2017 passed in Case Crime No. 674 of 2017.
¶4No misuse of liberty of bail has been established from the bail cancellation application.
¶5Arguments have been advanced against the order granting bail. It appears that the instant application is essentially an application for re-hearing or review of the order granting bail. This Court is neither sitting in appeal nor in review jurisdiction.
¶6No case for bail cancellation is made out.
