¶1Heard counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2This is an application for cancellation of bail.

¶3The opposite party no.2 was released on bail by this Court vide order dated 22.10.2020 passed in Bail Application No. 27303 of 2019.

¶4No violation of conditions or misuse of liberty of bail has been established from the bail cancellation application.

¶5Arguments have been advanced against the order granting bail. It appears that the instant application is essentially an application for re-hearing or review of the order granting bail. This Court is neither sitting in appeal nor in review jurisdiction.

¶6No case for bail cancellation is made out. However, in case any instance of threatening or influencing the witnesses is brought to the notice of the learned trial court, the learned trial court shall take appropriate measure under the Witness Government Scheme, 2018.
