¶1Heard Sri Jitendra Sarin, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Devesh Vikram, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2The present writ petition has been preferred by the petitioners seeking following reliefs : "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction of appropriate nature to quash the notice/communication dated 19.8.2023 by Respondent no.5 (Annexure No.6).

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction of appropriate nature directing Respondent No.1 to 5 not to demolish the shops and house of petitioners."

¶3Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has raised an objection that the petitioners have already filed their objection in response to the impugned notice and the same would be adverted on merits.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances, without adverting any opinion on the merits of the case, we dispose of the writ petition asking the fourth respondent to decide objection of the petitioners within two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
