¶1Heard Sri Ajay Singh alongwith Sri Hitesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and leaned AGA for the State.

¶2This writ petition has filed in the nature of mandamus directing respondents no. 1and 2 to take appropriate action on the representation dated 1.6.2023 and 31.5.2023 filed by the petitioner in it which it is requested to respondent nos. 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against respondent no. 3 and other police personnel who had illegally detained the petitioner.

¶3After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail remedy as may be available to him.
