¶1The petitioner's claim for correction in the date of birth in the High School examination, which she passed in 2017 is pending consideration pursuant to some application moved.

¶2In case, the Board has received petitioner's application within the time prescribed under Chapter 3 Regulation 7 of the Regulations contained in the U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921, it shall be considered in accordance with law and appropriate orders shall be passed before 31.01.2024.

¶3For compliance of the order, a certified copy of this order shall be produced before the Board within two weeks.
