¶1We do not find any occasion to interfere with the impugned notice issued by the Regulatory Authority, Magahar, Khalilabad, District-Sant Kabir Nagar, as it only calls upon the petitioners to submit a reply in respect of the allegation that constructions are being raised contrary to the sanctioned plan.

¶2In the event, petitioner submits a reply to such notice, the same shall be dealt with as per law.
