31.7.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No.308 of 2023, under Sections 147, 302 and 120B IPC, Police Station-Crossing Republic, District Ghaziabad. Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and upon a perusal of the record, we find that the FIR impugned is under Section 302 IPC which is a heinous offence. This Court is, therefore, not inclined to consider the writ petition. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to apply for bail/anticipatory bail.
