¶2On 19.4.2023, following order was passed : "Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to file supplementary affidavit stating the entire correct facts of the matter, within three weeks. List this matter after three weeks."

¶3From perusal of the order it is clear that the applicant was directed to file supplementary affidavit but till date no supplementary affidavit has been filed.
