¶1Heard leaned counsel for the petitioners, Shri J.N. Maurya, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 4 and Shri Rajiv Gupta, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2The petitioners have challenged the order dated 04.05.2022 passed by Additional District Magistrate, Land Acquisition, Joint Organization, Ghaziabad, rejecting the application of the petitioners under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

¶3Undoubtedly, the petitioners have alternative remedy of seeking reference under Section 28-A(3) of the Act.

¶4No ground is made out to entertain the challenge in exercise of writ jurisdiction.
