¶2Heard Sri Ankit Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ratan Singh, learned AGA for the State.

¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 28.4.2023 in Case Crime No. 0125 of 2023, under Sections 306, 506 and 452 IPC, Police Station Bhognipur, District Kanpur Dehat.

¶4Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the final report no. 63/2023 has been forwarded on 12.8.2023 against petitioner whereas other co-accused persons were exonerated and, as such, the cause for filing present writ petitions no more survives.
