The writ Court on 17.12.2018 in Writ-A No. 26665 of 2018 passed the following order:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents are present. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal is already pending before the concerned authority since 6.6.2018 and yet has not been decided. The Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter in view of the efficacious alternative remedy available to the petitioner. In view of the above therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned competent authority to dispose of the appeal within a further period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of the order in accordance with law."
