¶1It appears that on a complaint made by the petitioner with regard to illegal developments undertaken by the private respondents, the authority has already taken cognizance and proceeded as per law. According to the respondents, the illegal constructions have been demolished.

¶2Counsel for the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner has not been considered in its entirety inasmuch as certain constructions still remain and the wall of the petitioner has not been restored.

¶3In the facts of the case, we deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to raise all such grievance before the third respondent, i.e., Meerut Development Authority through its Zonal Officer, Zone-C, Meerut, who shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the private respondents and shall take necessary steps, as may be warranted in law, within a further period of three months.
