¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash non bailable warrant dated 23.12.2015 and the entire proceeding of Criminal Case No.579 of 2008 (State Vs. Sabir) arising out of case crime no. 147 of 2008 under sections 3/8 Cow Slaughter Act & Section 11 Animal Cruelty Act registered at Police Station Saini District Kaushambi including the charge sheet dated 08.04.2008

¶3It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and falsely implicated in the aforesaid case. It is argued that the next date fixed in the Court is 17.10.2023 and the applicant is ready and willing to appear before the court below, if the non-bailable warrant shall kept in abeyance by this Court.

¶4Considering the above, the non-bailable warrant issued against the applicant in the aforesaid case is kept in abeyance till

17.10.2023, subject to the condition that the applicant shall appear before the court below on the next date fixed, i.e., on 17.10.2023.

¶5With the above, the present application is disposed of. The Court below is directed to pass appropriate orders on the said date strictly in accordance with law without influencing any observations made by this Court in this order.
