¶1Heard Shri Vivek Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Barrister Singh holding brief of Shri Vivek Singh, learned counsel for the informant and Shri Virendra Kumar Pal, learned AGA for the State respondents and perused the records.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 07.08.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 594 of 2023, under Sections 452, 323, 325, 504, 506, 354(ka), 354 (kha), Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that charge-sheet No. 628 of 2023 has already been forwarded on 16.09.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
