¶1Heard Shri Dinesh Kumar, holding brief of Shri Om Shiv, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Surendra Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 22.4.2023, registered at Case Crime No.149 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 323 IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Shivali, District Kanpur Dehat.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that the charge-sheet no.211 of 2023 has been forwarded on 28.7.2023 against the petitioner nos.1, 2 & 3, whereas petitioner nos.4 & 5 have been exonerated in the present case, and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
