¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2It appears that petitioner is raising construction without getting any plan sanctioned from the authority. A notice has now been issued to the petitioner by the development authority stating that such construction be demolished or else the authority shall proceed as per law.

¶3Though the notice is challenged, but there is nothing on record to show that any map has been sanctioned in favour of the authority.

¶4In such view of the matter and as the petitioner otherwise has the remedy to submit reply to the notice, we decline to interfere in the present matter.
