¶1Although various prayers are made in the writ petition, but after some argument in the matter, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the interest of justice would suffice if a direction is issued to the development authority to take an appropriate decision on his representation made in terms of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Mathura Vrindavan Development Authority and another vs. Rajesh Sharma and others (Civil Appeal No.5645 of 2015). It is also submitted that other aspects raised by the petitioner can also be examined by the development authority at the first instance.
