¶1Heard Shri Bipin Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Abhishek Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 and learned AGA appearing for respondent nos.1 & 2.

¶2My attention has been drawn to an order passed on 05.09.2023 passed by this Court, from perusal whereof, it becomes clear that corpus appeared in person and stated that she is voluntarily staying with her father, respondent no.3.

¶3In view of her statement, it is clear that she is not under any illegal detention. Therefore, this Habeas Corpus petition requires no action and is dismissed. Order Date :- 13.10.2023 RKM High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
