The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to direct the court below to decide the proceeding of Complaint Case No. 2002 of 2015 (Sandhya Soni vs. Dev Soni and others), under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Adampur, District Varanasi, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate-II, Varanasi, expeditiously within a stipulated time. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court concerned is directed to make an endeavour to decide the pending case referred to above strictly in accordance with law within a period of six months expeditiously preferably without granting any unnecessary or unduly adjournments to the parties concerned.
