¶1In compliance of the order of this Court dated 15.09.2023, Mr. Abhisehk Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents has placed instruction dated 25.09.2023 before this Court today, which is taken on record.

¶2Mr. Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents on the basis of the aforesaid instruction submitted that order dated 28.09.2001 has been incorporated in the revenue record as such no further cause of action survives in the matter. He further placed the copy of the khatauni of 1427-1432 fasli in which in the remark column, the order dated 31.01.2023 has been incorporated on 28.03.2023. Copy of the khatauni No.1427-1432 fasli is annexed along with the instruction.
