Petitioner, in essence, wants enforcement of a policy framed by the respondent authority for removal of hoarding unauthorizedly installed by the private respondents. Mrs. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel for the respondents states that such issues are already being examined by the authorities. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that respondent no.2 shall accord consideration to petitioner's grievance in terms of its policy after giving notice to aggrieved persons, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
