The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to direct the court below to decide the proceeding of Criminal Case No. 707/IX/2007 (State vs. Balvir and others), under Section 379 IPC, Police Station Raya, District Mathura, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mathura, expeditiously within a stipulated time. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court concerned is directed to make an endeavour to decide the pending case referred to above strictly in accordance with law within a period of six months expeditiously preferably without granting any unnecessary or unduly adjournments to the parties concerned.
