¶1Heard Shri Rajiv Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the papers on record.

¶2In view of the prayer of the petitioner, the need for notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

¶3It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that a criminal revision no.36 of 2022 was filed against the respondents and the same has not proceeded any further. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have already filed written arguments in the said revision but no order has been passed till yet.

¶4In view of the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to expedite the hearing and decide it within a reasonable time.
