¶1The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred with a prayer to quash the proceedings of Case No.5500914 of 2018 (State Versus Deepak Allen and others) arising out of Charge sheet dated 22.09.2016 filed in Case Crime No.220 of 2015, under Section 147, 452, 504, 323, 427, 506 I.P.C. Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Meerut pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate Court No.3, Meerut on the basis of compromise.

¶2At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants do not want to press this application, therefore, the same may be dismissed as not pressed.

¶3Learned A.G.A. has no objection to such prayer.
