¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri R.M. Upadhyay, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel.

¶2Present writ petition has been preferred for following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the concerned respondent authorities/ Directorate Backward Classes Welfare Department, Uttar Pradesh/respondent no.2 to provide copy of orders and legal action taken against respondent no.6 Smt. Ayasha Begum as well as erring officers concerned who have wrongly provided benefits to the respondent no.6, in compliance of Enquiry Report dated 8.9.2010 conducted by Satarkta Prakoshth Directorate Backward Classes Welfare Department Uttar Pradesh (Annexure No.2 to the writ petition) forthwith or within a stipulated period of time which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper to fix."

¶3After the matter has been heard at some length and the Court has proceeded to indicate its mind to dismiss the writ petition with heavy cost, learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that he does not intend to press the present writ petition.
